We aim to despatch your order within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment.
We despatch orders every day from Monday to Friday.
If an item is not in stock or there may be a delay in despatching your order we will advise you of this as soon as possible by email.
Please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive to avoid disappointment, and double check that the delivery address you provide is correct since we cannot be held liable for goods not being delivered in these circumstances.

UNITED KINGDOM, INCLUDING THE HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS
Free Standard Delivery
We are delighted to offer Free Standard Delivery* to anywhere in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands on every item on our site.
*Please note that we will select the most appropriate service for your order when you select Free Standard Delivery. (which may include next day delivery when your order is despatched) However, your order will normally take 1-3 working days to arrive after it leaves us and if your order is urgent or must arrive by a specific date we advise you to use our Express Delivery service.
Express Delivery
We despatch Express Delivery orders the same day if received by 2pm (14h00 BST) from Monday to Friday.
Next Day Express Delivery (deliveries made from Tuesday to Saturday for orders shipped from Monday to Friday) is available for urgent orders and is charged well below cost at just £3.95 for orders up to £50 in value and free of charge for orders over £50.
Next Day by 1pm Express Delivery (deliveries made from Tuesday to Saturday for orders shipped from Monday to Friday) is available for very urgent orders and is charged at £6.95.
This service moves your order to the top of the queue for order processing and is a next day delivery service including delivery on Saturdays for orders placed by 2pm on Friday for which there is no additional charge for either Express Delivery service.
Please note that if you have benefited from Free Next Day Express Delivery because your order exceeded £50 in value and you subsequently return items which brings the order down to below £50 then Free Next Day Express Delivery will no longer apply, and we will apply the £3.95 enhanced Next Day Express Delivery charge to your order and deduct it from your refund.
REST OF THE WORLD
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery anywhere in the World is FREE on orders over £100 in value.
For Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland if the order value is below £100 the charge is just £2.95.
The delivery charge for all other countries if the order value is below £50 is just £5.95 and £3.95 if between £50 and £100. Delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail which typically takes 5-15 working days to be delivered after it leaves us.
Express Delivery
Express Delivery is available to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland for urgent orders and is charged at just £10.95 for orders below £150 and free of charge for orders over £150 with delivery in 2-5 working days.
Express Delivery is also available to Canada, Hong Kong and the USA for urgent orders and is charged at just £12.95 for orders below £150 and free of charge for orders over £150 with delivery in 3-7 working days, subject to Customs clearance.
We despatch Express Delivery orders the same day if received by 1pm UK time (13h00 GMT/14h00 CET) from Monday to Friday.
